Description
This course focuses on elements of crisis communication and management. Course includes pre-crisis planning, environmental scanning, strategies for crisis management and rapid response, and rebuilding public trust post-crisis. Emphasis is on practical application of crisis communication theory, using case studies and practitioner engagement.
