The class will investigate the status of women in business today and the importance of diversity (gender and otherwise) in building innovative companies. It will help students: 1) identify their leadership values; 2) build skills to lead by those values; and 3) identify sources of support needed for achieving success as business leaders, finding career/family balance and maintaining physical and mental well-being. As men will have female colleagues and likely manage women in their careers, they are encouraged to enroll in the class.
